Finger Dowsing

Finger dowsing is a form of kinesiology that is a handy alternative to pendulum dowsing, which is more of an undertaking. The technique is very effective for the purpose of tracking trauma in your auric fields.

Two methods of finger dowsing are as follows.

Loops

Make two interlocking circles with your thumb and index finger of each hand. Apply light pressure to the fingers of each hand, making sure that the pressure is equal on each hand. After you establish your ‘yes’ and ‘no’, you will gently pull the ‘circles’ apart in response to your question, gauging the amount of resistance/ease with which the circle can be broken.

To determine your ‘yes,’ interlock your thumb/index finger loops and ask if this is your ‘yes.’ If the loops hold, that is your yes. Ask what your ‘no’ is and if your loops break, that is it. Or the opposite, your ‘yes’ is when the loops break and your ‘no’ when they hold.

“Pliers”

Make a circle with your thumb and index finger on one hand. Make a flattened circle (pliers) with your thumb and index finger of your opposite hand. Place the ‘pliers’ in the circle and attempt to pry open. Establish your ‘yes’ and ‘no’ and gauge the resistance as you attempt to open the circle.

So now ask is your name. My name is Annie? Or, my name is Sue?
