A frequent request from clients is for the healing to help them know their inner truth.
Here is a simple meditation that came to me in a time of real need and has helped me to know wisdom, truth, and clarity about any one situation. These are often the types of situations where one “hamster wheels” and is stuck in the head, going round and round.

Bring vitality to your “life channel!” The pranic tube is an energetic pathway that runs up through the center of our body…it is also called “the life channel.” As its name implies, it is a source of prana, or life force. Prana comes down from above, through the center of the crown of your head. From below, prana comes up through the perineum, between your anus and gentitals. The entry points are smaller than the width of a hair, but once in the body the pranic tube is believed to be around 1″ around.
True Pranic Breathing
Some believe that true pranic breathing is through the pranic tube. It is not involved with breath from the mouth at all!
To help facilitate pranic breathing, imagine a straw at the top of your head, and at your base drinking in the energy from above and below!
The pranic tube is not connected to the spine as is the shushuma (also known as the Central Channel or Djed, and the source of energy to activate the chakras and carry kundalini), although it connects via the torus and hara system. There is massive amount of confusion and misinformation on the Internet and in books about this.
When doing visualizations remember that energy follows awareness. Focus on the area in your body described, the energy will go there.

Healing the inner child is often a matter of healing your inner children. This meditation has an incredible gift for that healing in that it connects to your own soul to give the healing, to heal a part of yourself that knows you better than you know yourself, and loves you more than you could ever love yourself.
This is a very powerful meditation. Once you start you may be called by many of your inner children over the next few days. Pay attention as they may be very quiet.

The Divine Mother
Divine Mother healings are based on energy healing techniques but go further, to incorporate a person’s own master healer, their Soul. Calling this energy of the person their “Divine Mother,” I work with sound and energy, while always at the direction of their Soul. I have identified the Divine Mother this way because of how the energy feels. The experience of love, deep understanding and nurturance from one’s soul is profound.
It is a thrill to introduce The Trinity Activations, a technique that evolved from the context of this work. Powerful and alchemical transformation from the person’s Divine Mother, Divine Father, and Divine Child are the result.

One of the reasons – if not the reason—that meditation is so rejuventating, is that it helps us sink into an existing spiritual energy system that is designed for our wellbeing. It is the heavy energy of trauma and stress that normally separates us from this vibrancy. A culture that hasn’t included working with this energy system in our upbringing separates us as well.
Healers work in this same energy system, helping to remove emotional blockages and increase the flow of healing energy, of prana, or chi.
