A frequent request from clients is for the healing to help them know their inner truth.
Here is a simple meditation that came to me in a time of real need and has helped me to know wisdom, truth, and clarity about any one situation. These are often the types of situations where one “hamster wheels” and is stuck in the head, going round and round.

The HARA is a ball of energy about 1″ around that is deep in the pelvis, about two inches below the navel point and two inches into the body from there. Right above the perineum. HARA means a sea of energy. It appears to me in healings that the HARA is the gateway between the energy body and being on the planet. This is our entry point to the 3D world, to our physical body on the planet. I’ve since read that the gateway of the HARA is that it’s connecting us to an etheric sea of energy that envelopes the planet. As a result some call the HARA the gas tank of our energy body, even its center.

Bring vitality to your “life channel!” The pranic tube is an energetic pathway that runs up through the center of our body…it is also called “the life channel.” As its name implies, it is a source of prana, or life force. Prana comes down from above, through the center of the crown of your head. From below, prana comes up through the perineum, between your anus and gentitals. The entry points are smaller than the width of a hair, but once in the body the pranic tube is believed to be around 1″ around.
True Pranic Breathing
Some believe that true pranic breathing is through the pranic tube. It is not involved with breath from the mouth at all!
To help facilitate pranic breathing, imagine a straw at the top of your head, and at your base drinking in the energy from above and below!
The pranic tube is not connected to the spine as is the shushuma (also known as the Central Channel or Djed, and the source of energy to activate the chakras and carry kundalini), although it connects via the torus and hara system. There is massive amount of confusion and misinformation on the Internet and in books about this.
When doing visualizations remember that energy follows awareness. Focus on the area in your body described, the energy will go there.

Healing the inner child is often a matter of healing your inner children. This meditation has an incredible gift for that healing in that it connects to your own soul to give the healing, to heal a part of yourself that knows you better than you know yourself, and loves you more than you could ever love yourself.
This is a very powerful meditation. Once you start you may be called by many of your inner children over the next few days. Pay attention as they may be very quiet.

Read the comprehensive overview of the HeartMind Healer School here.
The centerpiece of becoming a good healer is being in “heart mind,” that still point where your ego is still and your personality is out of the way so that you can be a true channel of healing. This still point is what Yogi Bhajan called “Shuniya,” and a most elevated state of consciousness.
The top priority of my teaching students to become healers is to help them reach heart mind. I focus on this rigorously, thoroughly and consistently. If not in heart mind when giving a healing, then the ego and personality inserts lower vibration insights and dictums.
